What is the process for returns?

For all digital products, we offer a no-questions-asked, 60-day refund policy. For returns involving physical items, please reach out to us directly through our contact page.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

For digital products, access is granted instantly upon purchase, and your login details are sent to your email. It's worth checking your promotions tab to make sure your access information hasn't been sorted there by mistake.

For physical goods, we aim to process orders within three to five working days.

Your tracking details will be provided by our shipping partner once your order is on its way. Expect to receive a tracking link at your purchase-associated email address within three business days.
